Should I choose etched or printed?
Frost etching textures the glass itself — permanent, heat-proof, and premium-feeling, with zero ink near the mouthpiece. Printing uses heat-cured, food-safe ink and costs less per tip, with full-color logos available. Etched for flagship lines, printed for high-volume value lines.
What file formats do you need for artwork?
Vector files (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF) give the sharpest results. If you only have a PNG or JPG, our design team can usually redraw it as vector art at no charge.
What sizes do the tips come in?
Our standard tips are 9mm outer diameter and fit standard pre-roll cones and hand rolls. Custom lengths and diameters are available on large orders.
How fast can you produce and ship?
